For our new Indian restaurant in Diemen, we are looking for 3 Indian Specialty Cook’s (Level4)
Skills and responsibilities
- experienced with creating authentic Indian curries and tandoori speciality food
- ability to handle restaurant guests along with take away and delivery
- ability to operate as a team in the kitchen to ensure good quality food is delivered to all customers on a timely basis
- Atleast 2 years experience in a similar position
- You will lead the entire kitchen team and you will supervise that the dishes are prepared in a hygienic way, quality is maintained and the recipes are followed
- Maintain and work according to HACCP
- Ensure wearing clean company clothing daily
- Ensure pleasant working environment with clean structure
- Travel allowance will be provided by the company
- Positive attitude and highly motivated
- Salary 2080-2200 plus vacation allowance
- Full time 38 hours , contract duration 24months
- Availability over the evenings/ weekend / festival
